Drop the Anchor
GOD, I need Your help again, I'm tossing to and fro -
Like a little ship, the tide is taking me to where I don't want to go! Look where they are carrying me: further and further out
GOD, give me a Word I can speak, so they won't be allowed.
I was headed for that Lighthouse; it was in my sight.
But Lord, I've lost my sense of direction, won't you come and point me right!
The Lord replied,
"Drop the anchor, and calm your troubled soul, be not afraid.
Just be still, then I will take care of the rest. Drop anchor, then close your eyes and put your trust in Me: I know where the Lighthouse is."
